Can I refuse my order upon delivery? Yes, you can. However, please note that a fee for a refused package will be deducted from your refund once it is returned to us:

If you reside in Germany, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Italy or France the fee is €5,90.
For all other cases, the fee is €14,90

Passive return fee
If an order is returned to us because it was not picked up on time, the delivery address was incorrect, or the name was not listed on the apartment/doorbell, the following fee will be charged and deducted from the refund:

If you reside in Germany, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Italy or France the fee is €5,90.
For all other cases, the fee is €14,90.
